We applaud Judge Mehta’s decision confirming Google has used its dominant position to favor its own services, extract monopoly rents, and squash competitors. This decision is a reckoning for Big Tech and the executives who have exploited their market power at the expense of consumers and competition. We wholeheartedly agree with Judge Mehta’s characterization of Google as a monopolist that has acted as one to maintain its monopoly.
